What other events are going on during Bowl Week?

What is the kickoff time?
The kickoff for the StaffDNA Cure Bowl will be Friday, December 20th at 12:00 PM ET on ESPN.
Where are the teams staying when in town?
StaffDNA Cure Bowl teams stay on-site at Universal Orlando Resort.
At the game can we come in and out of the stadium as we please?
No, your game ticket is only valid for one entry. Entering, leaving, and then attempting to re-enter the stadium is prohibited and strictly enforced.
Can fans meet the players in any capacity or be allowed to get into the locker room?
There will not be a meet and greet between fans and players. Locker Rooms are off-limits to everyone other than team officials and their appointed representatives.
Can I bring my animal to the game?
Service animals are animals individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability. Guests with disabilities are welcome to bring their service animals inside the stadium. Service animals may not use additional seats unless a ticket has been purchased for the adjacent seat.
CLEAR BAG POLICY
To provide a safer environment for the public and significantly expedite patron entry to Camping World Stadium, a ‘clear bag’ policy will be implemented at the Cure Bowl. This policy limits the size and type of bags that may be brought into the stadium.
We highly discourage patrons from bringing any type of bags and have outlined the types of permissible bags.
Patrons may bring the following style and size bags inside the stadium:
- Bag styles: clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 14″ x 14″ x 6”
- One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar).
- Small clutch bags not exceeding 4.5″ x 6.5″ may be taken inside the stadium.
Exceptions include medically-necessary items and parent bags. All items are subject to security search guidelines.
Prohibited bags include, but are not limited to:
- Bags larger than a clutch bag
- Coolers
- Briefcases
- Backpacks
- Fanny packs
- Cinch bags
- Luggage of any kind
• Computer bags and camera bags or any bag larger than 4.5″ x 6.5″.
Are seat cushions allowed to be carried into the stadium?
Seat cushions that have pockets, zippers, compartments or covers are not permitted. Seat cushions that have rigid frames are not permitted. Soft, flexible seat cushions without pockets may be carried into the stadium.
What happens if I show up at the gate with a bag that is not permitted?
Fans carrying bags that do not comply with the Clear Bag Policy will be asked to return their bags to their vehicle and transfer their belongings to an approved clear plastic bag before entering the venue.
If I have special medical equipment I need to have with me at all times, where do I put that?
An exception will be made for bags containing medically necessary items after proper inspection at the point of entry.
Are all purses prohibited?
No. Small clutch purses not exceeding 4.5” x 6.5”, are permitted along with either 14″ x 14″ x 6″ clear tote bags or one-gallon Ziploc-style bags.
What about diaper bags?
An exception will be made for bags containing medically necessary items after proper inspection at the point of entry.
What can guests expect at the gates at Camping World Stadium?
In the interest of guest and staff safety, a search process is required to prevent guests from bringing unauthorized and prohibited items into the stadium. Guests who refuse to submit to either visual or pat down searches will be refused entry. Security personnel will conduct these searches. The guest must throw the prohibited item in the trash or return the item to their vehicle. Search sticks may be used to move items around, if necessary. Any items in question should be removed by the guest.
What can I do to help get into the stadium quickly?
Arrive early, have your ticket downloaded to your phone before you get to the stadium, and review the clear bag policy, along with FAQs in regards to security screenings
Where can I purchase additional tickets on game day?
Tickets can be purchased at the box office on game day, as well as online at www.curebowl.com/tickets
Where is will-call?
Will Call is located at the Box Office on the North side of the stadium. Team / Player Guest will call locations will be announced at a later date.
Does my child need a ticket?
All children that have reached their second birthday by the date of the event must have a ticket for entry.
Where can I park my vehicle?
Parking information is available at www.curebowl.com/parking
If we lose an item where can see if it has been found?
Lost and Found is located at the Camping World Stadium security office near the south loading dock. Please call 407-440-5740 for more information.
When do the doors open for the game?
Gates open 90 minutes prior to kickoff.
What credit cards are accepted in the stadium?
American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover credit cards are accepted at concession stands.
Can I bring my professional camera to shoot pictures at the game with my long lens?
Cameras with detachable lenses and/or lenses 3 in. or longer are not permitted in the stadium. Prior to your arrival, please check the event detail page within this website to see event specific camera policy information.
What items are prohibited inside the stadium?
To ensure the safest environment possible, the City of Orlando and Camping World Stadium prohibit the following items inside the stadium. Please check event-specific guides for any additional prohibited items.
- Air horns
- Backpacks
- Bottles
- Cameras with detachable lenses and/or lenses 3 in. or longer
- Cans
- Carts
- Coolers
- Cycles
- Drones
- Fireworks
- Hard containers
- Illegal drugs
- Laptops
- Large bags
- Laser pointers
- Masks
- Megaphones
- Outside food & beverage
- Pets (except service animals)
- Poles longer than 12″

- Signs with indecent or derogatory comments/images, political statements, and commercial references

- Video or audio recorders
- Weapons of any kind
Can I smoke in the stadium?
Smoking is not permitted inside Camping World Stadium at any time. No exceptions.
Can I bring my stroller to the game?
Strollers are permitted into the stadium but must be checked into guest services near section 148 (north box office).
If I can’t make the game, can I still watch it on TV?
Yes. The 2024 StaffDNA Cure Bowl will be broadcast nationally on ESPN.
