Eli Young Band to Perform at AutoNation Cure Bowl Tailgate Party

ORLANDO ( – The AutoNation Cure Bowl, presented by Florida Hospital, today announced the talent at this year’s pre-game tailgate concert.  The Eli Young Band will perform on December 17, 2016, from 3:30pm to 5:00pm at Tinker Field, adjacent to Camping World Stadium – Orlando and the concert is free admission with any game ticket purchase.

“Please join us in welcoming  The Eli Young Band to our Cure Bowl team,” stated Executive Director Alan Gooch. “Unique experiences such as these collectively bring teams together to find a Cure for Cancer. A special thanks to AutoNation for making this happen.”

The AutoNation Cure Bowl’s goal, presented by Florida Hospital, is to bring teams together to find a cure for cancer .  This goal became a reality in 2015 when the organization and AutoNation, its title sponsor, presented a record breaking $1.15 million to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation at the inaugural bowl game.  This donation is the highest amount given in the history of college football bowl’s from a single bowl to its cancer research foundation charity partner.  This year’s game will be played December 17th at Orlando’s Camping World Stadium and televised nationwide on CBS Sports Network, at 5:30pm EST.
