ORLANDO, FLA. (CureBowl.com) – The 2025 StaffDNA Cure Bowl will be played at Camping World Stadium on Wednesday, Dec. 17. Kickoff for the 11th annual StaffDNA Cure Bowl, which is operated by the Orlando Sports Foundation in collaboration with ESPN Events, a division of ESPN, is set for 5 p.m. EST on ESPN.
“The Orlando Sports Foundation looks forward to hosting the 11th edition of the StaffDNA Cure Bowl on December 17, and we are honored to provide a platform to highlight our mission of bringing teams together to find a cure for cancer,” said Alan Gooch, CEO of the Orlando Sports Foundation and Executive Director of the StaffDNA Cure Bowl.
In the past ten years, the Cure Bowl has helped raise $4.35 million for Cancer Research. The Orlando community has benefited from the funds generated at the game with local researcher Dr. Annette Khaled at the UCF (University of Central Florida) College of Medicine receiving over $1.68 million of the funds distributed.
The StaffDNA Cure Bowl matchup will be announced on Sunday, December 7. Participating teams in the game will be from the American Athletic Conference, Sun Belt, Mid-American Conference (MAC), and Conference USA.
Last year, the StaffDNA Cure Bowl featured a matchup of conference champions, with the Ohio Bobcats defeating the Jacksonville State Gamecocks 30-27 in a game-long battle at Camping World Stadium.
